This license applies to all free and premium products available in our store.
This license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the actions or presets you have purchased.
This license is valid for one copy (one seat, or one usage at any one time) of the action or preset, installed on up to two of your computers.
You may use our actions and presets to create an unlimited number of End Products. End Products include edited photos, designs, or other visual content.
You are allowed to sell End Products created using our actions or presets to any number of customers. However, the End Products must not contain the action or preset files themselves.
This means you can sell an edited photo to a client, or sell stock photos edited with Cafiraforest presets — but you cannot sell or distribute the preset files.
You may not re-distribute our actions or presets. For example, if you purchase a preset, you cannot share it with a friend.
You may not incorporate or distribute the actions or presets within an End Product. However, you may link users of the End Product to where they can directly purchase or license the presets from Cafiraforest.
This means you cannot include the preset files in any product you sell or share, but you are allowed to link customers to the Cafiraforest website where they can obtain them.
This license may be terminated at any time if its terms are breached. If that happens, you must stop using the product and delete it from your devices.
