1. Download Your LUTs
After purchasing, you will receive a ZIP file containing your LUT files.
Download the ZIP file to your computer.
Unzip the file if needed.
Open the extracted folder and locate the LUT files.
LUT files are usually in .CUBE format.
2. Open After Effects
Open Adobe After Effects on your computer.
Create a new project or open an existing project.
Import the video or image you want to color grade.
3. Add Your Footage to the Timeline
Drag your footage into a new composition.
Make sure the clip is selected in the timeline before applying the LUT.
4. Apply Lumetri Color
Go to the top menu and select:
Effect > Color Correction > Lumetri Color
The Lumetri Color effect will be added to your selected clip.
5. Load Your LUT
In the Effect Controls panel, find Lumetri Color.
Open the Basic Correction section.
Next to Input LUT, click the dropdown menu.
Choose Browse.
Find your Huliluts LUT file on your computer.
Select the .CUBE file you want to use.
Click Open.
The LUT will be applied to your footage instantly.
6. Adjust the LUT Intensity
If the LUT looks too strong, you can reduce the effect.
In Lumetri Color, go to the Creative section.
Adjust the Intensity slider to control the strength of the LUT.
You can also fine-tune exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, and saturation.
7. Save or Export Your Project
When you are happy with the look, save your project.
To export your final video, go to:
File > Export > Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue
Choose your export settings, format, and destination folder.
Then export your video.
